Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your service request prior to the technician's arrival at your location.

• • Before Technician Dispatch: Free cancellation. No charges will be levied if you cancel before our technician has departed for your location.
• • After Technician Arrival: If you cancel the service request after the technician has reached your premises or performed initial diagnosis, standard inspection/visiting charges will apply.

2. Inspection & Visiting Charges

Our technician will inspect the appliance and provide an estimate for the necessary repairs or spare parts replacement. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after inspection, only the nominal visiting/inspection fee is payable. If you proceed with the suggested repair, the visiting fee is typically adjusted within the total service charge.

3. Refund Terms & Conditions

Refunds are processed under the following specific conditions:

• • Advance Payment Refunds: If you paid an advance fee for a repair or spare part and the service cannot be completed due to non-availability of parts or technician constraints, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded.
• • Unresolved Issues Under Warranty: If the same fault recurs within our specified service warranty period and our team fails to rectify it after inspection, a proportional or full refund of the labor charges will be processed.
• • Non-Refundable Items: Spare parts once installed, physical damage caused post-repair by external factors, or third-party electrical/power surge issues are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
